Ask about a real challenge, share your perspective and agree a useful next step. Respect people’s time and ask before adding anyone to a mailing list.
Keep the exhibition fair.
Canvassing exhibitors is not permitted. If you would like to promote your organisation, speak with the team about an exhibition or sponsorship opportunity.

Networking areas
Use the designated networking areas for longer discussions away from exhibitor stands. Locations and the event layout will be confirmed before the day; follow the published visitor information and on-site signage.
Food & refreshments
Food and refreshment arrangements will be confirmed in the visitor information. Use breaks to meet peers, and check the final details for availability, dietary options and any charges.
VIP access
VIP arrangements and eligibility have not yet been announced. General admission does not imply access to a VIP section. Contact the organiser about any specific invitation or access requirement.
Breakout rooms are not currently offered.
